Ribbed Screen Pipes (Filter) are vital part of deep and simple boring system. Without filter pipe, we can not procure clean & pure water. Shiva brand Ribbed Screen pipe has got recognition on national level. We are manufacturing Ribbed screens confirming to IS 12818:1992  for our customer.

Ribbed screens are available in size of 40 mm to 150 mm dia. in the length of 2 mtr, 3 mtr and in the length required by the customer against their specific demand.

SHIVA Tube well Screens have the following additional unique features in addition to the intrinsic advantage of PVC listed earlier.

• SHIVA ISI Tubewell Screen Pipes offer high Chemical resistance, PVC is totally immune to the Chemicals normally found in the environment of a Tubewell including the highly corrosive acids normally used in the rehabilitation of wells.
• The specially designed ribs keep granulated Soil away from the slots and increase the permeability rating to DOUBLE that of the smooth exterior Screens.
• The rounded ribs prevent direct contact of the sand and gravel with the screen exterior in the area of the slots, this ensure exceptional hydraulic properties to these screen as the water has unimpeded entry into the screen slots.
• This hydraulic advantage can be utilised in wells which have a high output relatively small screen diameter.
• The exterior ribs contribute to the increased screen strength ( Collapse resistance increases multifold).
• The ribs increase the area of cross section of the pipes, thus providing higher avoial load rating.
